Warren and Mahoney make Mason Bros home
The first tenant, architectural firm Warren and Mahoney moved into the recently completed Mason Brothers building this week.
The Mason Brothers building has been reconfigured from what was once an engineering and boat-building workshop to contemporary three-level office space. Warren and Mahoney designed the adaptive re-use of the Mason Brothers building whilst being respectful of the marine heritage. Developed by Precinct Properties, they have retained the existing red brick and insitu concrete as well as the distinctive saw-tooth roof structure.
Warren and Mahoney occupy two floors of the building which sits within the heart of the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct. More tenants are to move in in the new year.
